Since it’s summer, I thought I would post this throwback picture from last year. A little wake-surfing at Chris Mills’ cottage.

Chris (pictured) is a freakin’ stud when it comes to riding the wake. We cruised for about 5 minutes of him just chillin’ on the wake, throwing in a tasty trick here and there. I, on the other hand, made it up for about 30 seconds at best. I was a pretty rad 30 seconds though.

**For the camera enthusiats, I used a Canon Digital Rebel with a Sigma Zoom Lens. Color correction done in Adobe Lightroom.

It has been a little while since I took this photo, but it remains one of my favorite. I was on the beach at Mackinaw Island around sunset. I set up my camera on a rock and took a 30 second exposure. The waves were rolling up on the beach, and it almost looked like a little mist was coming up from the water. I was using a first generation digital Canon Rebel with the stock lens. Nothing too fancy on the camera end, but it turned out kickin!

So much in Love!

I had the privilege of shooting engagement photos for two of my good friends Matt and Beth. We shot in a few different locations. My two favorite locations were an alley underneath US131 and an empty floor with nothing but columns and dust (and a random piano). Enjoy the pics!

For the photography enthusiasts, I shot with a Canon Rebel XTi, with a 2.8 Tamron Zoom Lens. Color correction was done in Adobe Lightroom.
